Refund policy

Due to the nature of custom photographic prints, refunds and returns will not be offered, and all sales are final. However, if your print is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to heath.dobson@icloud.com, and I will be happy to work with you to get a replacement made.

Note that standard prints larger than 13"x19" and all metal prints are fulfilled by Bay Photo, and so I will reach out to them in the case of any damage.
